However, Users must understand that a “price lock” is only effective upon the execution of a formal pre-need contract and the funding of said contract according to the agreed-upon terms (e.g., via insurance assignment or trust funding). Merely browsing the Website or attending a consultation does not secure pricing. Funeral costs are subject to change until a binding agreement is signed.
5.3 Scope of Funeral Services: The Services include guidance on burial, cremation, memorial, or final expense packages.
